HR Internship

About the role

An HR internship in Singapore for energetic and passionate people who want to support and learn about the execution of HR priorities and processes. It suits students currently studying in polytechnics or universities, and is described as an opportunity for a developing HR professional.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions and job posting advertisements
• Schedule interviews and take part in the candidate shortlisting process
• Support new joiners with their onboarding process
• Prepare HR documentation such as letters of employment, promotion and increment documents
• Coordinate get-well-soon hampers, condolence wreaths and other staff welfare matters
• Assist with administrative tasks such as procuring business cards, stationery and pantry items
• Organise and coordinate staff engagement activities and support HR projects

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in HR or Business studies, or majoring in Human Resources Management
• Open to students currently studying in polytechnics or universities
• Effective communicator and problem solver, with excellent working attitude and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and sociable person with strong writing skills
