HR Manager – AI Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function for an AI infrastructure team within a publicly listed international technology company. Based in Singapore, you will report directly to the C‑suite and operate as the sole HR point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Manage local tax filings, statutory compliance and payroll administration.
• Oversee relationships with EOR/PEO vendors and regional HR systems.
• Support equity and RSU administration for local employees.
• Partner with Finance on compensation, rewards and budget planning.
• Drive HR initiatives independently, acting as a hands‑on builder with significant autonomy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a lean or standalone HR environment.
• Prior exposure to equity/RSU administration and multi‑vendor HR systems (EOR/PEO) is a strong plus.
• Self‑directed, resource‑rich and detail‑oriented, comfortable working with minimal oversight.
