About the role
The HR Manager will act as a strategic Business Partner to departmental leaders while also serving as a career advisor for employees. You will help shape talent decisions, support career development, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice to departmental stakeholders on HR matters such as deployment, exit, promotion, performance and potential.
- Act as a career advisor, supporting employee career progression and developmental needs.
- Manage employee affairs related to compensation, benefits, awards, retention and exit management.
- Apply data analytics to support staffing, workforce planning and restructuring, presenting clear insights to management.
- Lead the Defence Executive Officer (DXO) Annual Job Rotation (AJR) Exercise, coordinating with stakeholders for successful implementation.
Required profile
- Education in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience (candidates with no experience may also apply).
- Strong organisational, time‑management and interpersonal abilities.
- Independent, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
