HR Manager - Talent Acquisition and C&B

About the role

Fuku is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead talent acquisition and compensation and benefits, grants and employee relations across multiple business entities. It is a high-impact role for an HR professional who enjoys variety and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: manage end-to-end recruitment (manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding and offboarding), build talent pipelines, run employer branding and internship programmes, and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Compensation and benefits: salary benchmarking, salary structures and grading, annual salary reviews, bonuses and promotions, employee benefits, and advice on offers and remuneration packages.
• Performance management: coordinate goal setting, mid-year reviews and annual appraisals, advise managers on evaluation standards, and track outcomes and PIPs.
• Grants administration: manage government grants and funding for recruitment, internships, training and workforce development, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and liaise with government agencies.
• Work pass administration: oversee applications, renewals, cancellations and compliance.
• Employee engagement and relations: employee programmes, bursaries, grievance handling, and HR policy updates.
• Team leadership: mentor HR team members, keep records accurate and handle ad-hoc duties.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and C&B.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Good to have: experience in a group or multi-entity environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in Singapore.
• Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation.
• Familiarity with work pass administration and employment regulations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and to deadlines.
