HR Marketing Specialist (1-year Contract)

About the role

As an HR Marketing Specialist on a 1‑year contract, you will support OCBC’s Group Human Resources function by creating and delivering internal marketing and communication campaigns that showcase HR programmes, events and career opportunities to employees across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Interview staff and craft authentic long‑form stories, blog posts, articles and web content for the careers site and internal channels.
• Write and schedule engaging social‑media copy for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms, and produce newsletters, announcements and team spotlights.
• Plan and execute basic photo‑ and video‑shoots in‑office and at events, operate camera equipment, manage lighting and edit assets using Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Design branded graphics, event collateral and internal communications in Canva, ensuring visual consistency with the OCBC brand.
• Develop communication plans for internal programme launches, create event materials such as banners, save‑the‑dates, recap posts and highlight reels.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and deliver high‑quality content on schedule.
