HR Officer – Medical (1‑year contract, training provided)

About the role
The HR Officer will support the medical division by coordinating training programmes, managing course administration and maintaining learning records. This is a one‑year contract position based in Singapore with full training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Collate course nominations and process training applications.
- Confirm training details and raise payment requests for course fees.
- Monitor attendance registers, track course completion and follow up on post‑training documentation.
- Prepare course materials, arrange in‑house training venues and support programme delivery.
- Maintain the Learning Management System, update the training catalogue and record learning histories.
- Assist in preparing and submitting funding or claim applications.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Relevant HR internship experience.
- Fresh or entry‑level candidate.
