HR Services Specialist

About the role

As an HR Services Specialist you will join a newly formed HR Services team at Sonova’s regional headquarters. You will own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle administration, delivering a smooth, high‑quality experience for employees and managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Provide timely payroll‑related data and manage onboarding, transfers, and exits.
• Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English.
• Assist with annual HR processes such as appraisals, salary, and bonus cycles.
• Provide second‑level support for HR systems and time‑recording tools (Atoss).
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
• Team player with excellent communication and high customer orientation.
• Proficiency in English; Japanese or Korean is a plus.
