HR Shared Services Intern

About the role

Join our HR Shared Services team as an intern and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, serve as a first point of contact for employee queries, and develop a solid understanding of HR policies and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for employee enquiries during counter opening hours.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding by preparing, verifying, and filing employee documentation.
• Support corporate immigration processes, including work pass applications and renewals.
• Help administer medical benefits, insurance programs, and claims processing.
• Maintain HR trackers, records, and reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding documents, approvals, and submissions, following up as needed.
• Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and internal departments on HR matters.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
