Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in Singapore and the regional office. The role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and cross‑border HR processes, ideal for someone eager to learn HR in a multi‑market environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs on regional boards to scheduling interviews across time zones and maintaining the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring local compliance documentation and system setups are completed accurately.
• Act as a liaison between local and regional teams to standardise HR processes and keep the employee handbook/database up‑to‑date.
• Maintain and audit HR records and databases for clean data used in regional reporting and payroll preparation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to foster a cohesive culture across offices.
• Handle general HR enquiries, administrative tasks and contribute to process‑improvement projects such as digitising records or updating SOPs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or current students are welcome; candidates may be considered for a full‑time role or an internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across regions.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Experience or comfort using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
