Process & Development Manager

About the role

The Process & Development Manager will lead the creation and management of a structured Process, Learning & Development function for all staff at IFS. The role ensures that staff development initiatives are aligned with institutional priorities, measurable, and effectively governed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a development framework across all staff groups, including competency frameworks, development pathways, and training policies.
• Participate actively in the CPFI steering committee, coordinating initiatives, tracking budgets, and supporting annual training plans.
• Oversee the IFS Academy (Docebo platform), managing content organization, quality control, deployment of modules, and user engagement tracking.
• Lead the teacher development pathway, supporting calibrated classroom observations and cohort identification.
• Design and coordinate development programmes such as onboarding, leadership, and functional skills training.
• Establish and monitor development KPIs, maintain accurate training records, and provide regular reports to HR and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing learning and development functions within an organization.
• Strong ability to align development initiatives with institutional goals and workforce needs.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills, especially within cross‑functional committees.
• Analytical mindset for tracking KPIs, budgets, and reporting outcomes.
