Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a leading SGX‑listed industrial manufacturing group in Singapore. The role will support daily HR operations, talent management and employee relations across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, including onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with talent management processes such as performance reviews, succession planning and staff development programs.
• Review and update HR policies, employee handbook and staff benefits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle HR operations including payroll instructions, HR reporting, manpower planning and benefits administration.
• Support employee relations matters and provide assistance with office administration and HR system support.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of hands‑on HR experience.
• Strong ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
