Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the SG Delivery organization and its leaders in shaping and executing strategic and tactical HR initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR solutions with business goals while fostering a high‑performing, agile culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with COE HR teams to deliver corporate programs such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Total Compensation & Rewards, and the Talent & Organization Annual Review.
• Identify and drive HR solutions that support the business strategy.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design short‑ and long‑term talent requisition strategies for entry‑level and experienced roles, building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Ensure career development initiatives align with critical skill development and succession planning needs.
• Provide proactive guidance to managers and employees on employee‑relations issues and development feedback.
• Influence and coach business leaders, leading change management efforts focused on culture, leadership, and management requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5‑10 years of HR experience, preferably in a technology or IT services environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and ability to deliver solutions in a fast‑paced, complex setting.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to support growth.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle diverse issues, and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
