Human Resources Executive (People & Culture)

About the role

Acclime is looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Executive to manage end‑to‑end HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Singapore. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, the role will ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR processes, regulatory compliance and a consistent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day People & Culture operations, including onboarding, off‑boarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters and statutory filings (CPF, IR21, IR8A).
• Support monthly payroll processing, verification of attendance, allowances, deductions and statutory submissions.
• Assist recruitment activities for Singapore – job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and employer‑branding events.
• Administer employee benefits and support engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and HRIS implementation.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, processes and benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and statutory filing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
