Human Resources Executive – People Services

About the role

The Human Resources Executive (People Services) will support the full spectrum of HR operations for a retail organisation, focusing on administration, employee life‑cycle management and operational excellence. The role also assists with recruitment, employer branding, reporting and employee engagement initiatives as business needs arise.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities when required, including sourcing, screening and interview logistics.
• Manage onboarding administration, issue employment contracts and maintain life‑cycle documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely documentation of transfers, promotions, resignations and other movements.
• Handle work‑pass administration for non‑Singaporean staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Serve as a primary HR contact for routine employee enquiries, feedback, grievance handling and exit interview coordination.
• Process work‑injury and other employee claims in line with company policies.
• Support performance‑review cycles, data collation and preparation of standard HR letters.
• Assist in planning employee engagement events, wellness initiatives and internal communications.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR operations or administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work‑pass procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
