Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager leads the People & Culture function for Singapore, partnering with business leaders to drive employee engagement, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Own HR portfolios for Corporate Secretarial, Payroll, Tax, Accounting and Funds business units.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development and workforce planning.
• Lead complex employee‑relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances and investigations.
• Oversee compliance, governance and consistent application of company policies.
• Manage headcount, HR reporting and monthly payroll approval.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and development for the Singapore People & Culture team.
• Support recruitment for senior roles and drive talent succession planning.
• Lead employee‑engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple business units.
• Strong capability in employee relations, workforce planning and talent development.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
