Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations for our surveying business and deep‑tech start‑up in Singapore. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and compliance, while partnering with leadership to build a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for both business units.
• Manage performance review cycles, feedback processes and employee relations.
• Develop and deliver training, development and career progression programs.
• Administer benefits, compensation and HR records using HRIS and other HR software.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Support workforce planning and change‑management initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR Generalist, preferably in technical, engineering or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work independently.
