Human Resources Specialist – 6-Month Contract

About the role

BVLGARI is seeking an energetic Human Resources Specialist on a 6‑month contract to support HR Operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. The role blends day‑to‑day HR administration with project‑based system enhancements, offering exposure to multi‑country HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer onboarding and off‑boarding, including work‑pass applications, insurance enrolment and employee record creation.
• Maintain employee life‑cycle documentation such as certification letters, incentive plan letters and insurance renewals.
• Compile data for HR reports (annual reporting, Mercer/Comptify, MOM surveys, headcount).
• Support payroll activities: provide headcount for commission calculations, ensure data consistency across systems, and assist with monthly payroll processing.
• Participate in HR system implementation, design new onboarding workflows, and support integration of attendance and leave data.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, document results, and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides and process documentation for system roll‑out.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Self‑organized, disciplined, hands‑on attitude with high professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
