Human Resources Specialist – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Human Resources Specialist to support our HR Operations team in Singapore. The six‑month contract role will involve handling day‑to‑day HR processes for multiple countries in Southeast Asia and gaining exposure to both operations and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer onboarding and off‑boarding, including work pass applications, insurance enrolment and employee record creation.
• Maintain employee life‑cycle documentation such as certification letters, incentive plan letters and insurance renewals.
• Compile data for HR reporting (annual reports, Mercer/Comptify, MOM surveys, headcount).
• Support payroll activities by providing headcount data, ensuring data consistency across systems and assisting with monthly payroll execution.
• Participate in HR system implementation, design new onboarding workflows, and support integration of attendance and leave data.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, document results and coordinate issue resolution.
• Create and update SOPs, user guides and process documentation for system roll‑out.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑organized and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Professional communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
