Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to support day‑to‑day HR operations and the employee lifecycle. The role works closely with the HR team and business stakeholders to ensure smooth administration, recruitment coordination, and effective use of HR systems, contributing to a consistent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files and HR databases accurately.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, confirmation and transfer letters.
• Administer employee benefit programmes and process HR‑related payments and invoices.
• Coordinate HR vendors, external service providers and ensure compliance of documentation.
• Support HR systems including HRIS, Jira, Confluence and recruitment portals.
• Handle Singapore work‑pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related administration.
• Serve as primary point of contact for HR queries and resolve them promptly.
• Assist recruitment activities – job posting, interview coordination, candidate communication and onboarding of junior‑level roles.
• Manage onboarding, internal transfers, employee changes and off‑boarding processes.
• Contribute to HR projects, employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Use of recruitment portals.
