About the role
Natuzzi is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to develop and manage its luxury furniture business across South East Asia, covering Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, increasing distribution, and generating high‑value opportunities for the Natuzzi Italia and Natuzzi Editions brands.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development of Natuzzi Italia and Natuzzi Editions brands in South East Asia.
- Expand the customer base and increase qualified distribution channels.
- Penetrate trade and contract channels, targeting interior designers, architects, real estate developers, hospitality and contract projects.
- Identify and open premium accounts in key urban areas.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of high‑value opportunities.
- Achieve revenue growth targets and improve national distribution coverage.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager and headquarters to meet defined KPIs.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales orientation.
- Passion for design and luxury home furnishings.
- Experience in business development within the furniture or design sector.
- Ability to create durable relationships with customers.
- Positive, optimistic attitude.
