Indirect Procurement Officer – OEM Management

About the role
The Indirect Procurement Officer will oversee the full procurement lifecycle for OEM‑related purchases, ensuring sourcing, purchasing and contract activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sourcing requests and initiate RFQ processes with relevant vendors.
- Liaise with suppliers, arrange site visits when needed, and compile quotation analyses.
- Support price negotiations to achieve competitive outcomes.
- Review purchase requisitions, convert approved requests into purchase orders, and track order confirmations, deliveries and payments.
- Coordinate invoice submissions and advance payments with Finance.
- Onboard new vendors, verify documentation and compliance, and monitor contract expiry dates.
- Assist in vendor performance reviews and maintain professional communication with external partners.
- Track open purchase orders, prepare regular procurement performance reports, and ensure records are audit‑ready.
- Partner with internal teams to address procurement needs and proactively mitigate risks.
Required profile
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in indirect procurement.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
