Industrial Technician – HVAC Maintenance (Tuas, Singapore)

About the role

CBRE is seeking an Industrial Technician to maintain and service commercial HVAC systems at its Tuas, Singapore manufacturing facilities. The role involves proactive performance testing, scheduled maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric and pneumatic control systems for heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to guarantee optimal operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, recommend modifications, and follow established procedures under supervision.
• Document work performed and adhere to safety guidelines.

Required profile

• High School diploma, GED or trade school qualification with 3‑5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to meet physical demands (stooping, climbing, lifting ≥ 50 lb).
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow standard work routines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
