Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure Engineer to act as the cornerstone of our technology operations. In this 3‑in‑1 position you will manage network, systems, and deskside support across multiple offices and customer sites, ensuring reliability, security, and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco Meraki networking, including wireless infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Tanium environments.
• Support Windows Server services such as DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file sharing.
• Troubleshoot complex desktop, server, network, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain backup and recovery solutions while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Provide both onsite and remote support to users across offices and customer locations.
• Collaborate with regional HQ IT teams on infrastructure projects and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, network, and systems administration.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
