Software Development Consultant – AI & Distributed Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Consultant to lead the design and delivery of modern, AI‑enabled full‑stack solutions for our clients in Singapore. The role combines deep technical expertise in frontend, backend and generative AI with advisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical leader for AI‑driven and distributed system projects.
• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js/Python frameworks.
• Lead code reviews and enforce standards for quality, security and maintainability.
• Build and integrate AI solutions with LLMs using LangChain, LangGraph and cloud AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
• Architect cloud‑native, event‑driven and microservices architectures on AWS or Azure.
• Prepare technical proposals and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Mentor teams, share knowledge and help evolve engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills in an international environment.
• Extensive experience in full‑stack software development.

Required skills

• React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux/Zustand.
• Node.js (NestJS or Express) or Python (FastAPI, Django).
• RESTful and GraphQL API design.
• Microservices architecture.
• Large Language Model (LLM) integration, LangChain, LangGraph.
• OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector search.
• AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
