Infrastructure Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst to manage and maintain cloud‑based Windows and Linux servers. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and security of business‑critical systems while supporting ongoing infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud‑based Windows and Linux infrastructure, ensuring optimal availability and performance.
• Oversee IT operations, incident resolution, service management processes, and vendor governance.
• Conduct security reviews, audits, capacity planning, system upgrades, backup/recovery, and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Support infrastructure projects, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of server, database, network, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience in incident management, service recovery, escalation handling, capacity planning, system upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security reviews, audits, compliance, and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Ability to support infrastructure projects and drive continuous improvement.
