Inside Sales Executive – Global Distribution

About the role

Join a Fortune 200 leader in supply chain and distribution as an Inside Sales Executive. You will be the primary contact for an established portfolio of accounts, acting as a trusted consultant to drive revenue and ensure seamless order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage accounts, identifying up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle from inquiry and technical verification to fulfillment, handling stock availability and delivery challenges.
• Qualify and develop sales opportunities generated by marketing and national accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, investigate lost bids for market intelligence.
• Monitor open order reports to mitigate risks and meet promised delivery dates.
• Report industry trends, competitive pricing shifts, and customer feedback to shape regional strategy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate speed‑to‑market and boost customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• More than 2 years of experience in professional sales or sales administration, with strong B2B relationship skills.
• High‑level verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and adaptability under general supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly master complex distribution and CRM systems.
