Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative supports the sales team by handling inbound enquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. Working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Pre‑Sales teams, you will help convert opportunities into customers while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• First line of contact for all incoming sales calls, chats and emails.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager or Business Development Executive.
• Provide daily administrative sales support to Account Managers and their customers.
• Prepare quotations for customers.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused, enthusiastic sales professional who enjoys engaging with customers and supporting business growth.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude with ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service or business development, preferably in the technology or cloud industry.
• Experience or strong interest in cloud infrastructure, datacenter, hosting or managed services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Strong verbal and written English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
