Integration Consultant I – Japanese Speaker

About the role

DTCC is seeking an Integration Consultant I who is fluent in Japanese to join its Enterprise Services team. In this hybrid position you will work directly with clients and internal partners to deliver the implementation of DTCC’s solutions suite, guiding projects from onboarding through go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and go‑live dates are met.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, manage cross‑functional teams, and oversee risk and control processes.
• Deliver technical presentations and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and craft tailored technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with institutional trade flow and trade processing.
• Strong project‑management background, preferably with PMP or equivalent certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in a second language (Japanese) is highly desirable.
