Interior Designer – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our Woodlands showroom, focusing on Singapore residential renovation projects. You will work closely with homeowners to translate their vision into functional, stylish spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and consult homeowners at the showroom or via online platforms to understand renovation needs, budget, and design preferences.
• Develop space planning, layout proposals, design concepts, and 2D/3D drawings.
• Recommend appropriate materials, colours, finishes, and design solutions.
• Coordinate with custom furniture designers on cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, and feature walls.
• Conduct site measurements and liaise with the project team for renovation works and installations.
• Ensure designs comply with practical construction methods and Singapore residential renovation regulations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support project sales conversion.
• Assist with showroom enquiries and create online marketing content as needed.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Renovation, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• Experience with Singapore residential renovation projects (HDB, condominium, landed, or resale) is preferred, but strong design skills and willingness to learn are welcomed.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of space planning, carpentry details, renovation processes, and site coordination.
• Good eye for colour matching, interior styling, and home design.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to SGD 6,000 per month.
• Commission, annual performance bonus, and additional allowances.
• Permanent employment with standard Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm working hours.
