Intern, Global Mobility (Immigration)

About the role

Grab's Global Mobility team, part of the People Experience team, supports international talent moves from work pass applications to cross-border assignments. This internship covers the immigration and work pass lifecycle for employees and candidates moving into or within Grab's markets, offering hands-on learning in immigration compliance, case coordination and stakeholder communication. It is a full-time internship from January to June 2027, fully on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Support work pass applications, tracking each case from document collection to approval, renewal and cancellation.
• Coordinate with immigration partners on submissions and status updates.
• Maintain an accurate case tracker and status updates across active cases.
• Monitor immigration rule changes in Grab's markets using official government sources and summarise them for team review.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• Able to manage concurrent tasks by prioritising deadlines, tracking follow-ups and keeping deliverables organised.

Required skills

• Able to maintain accurate records and trackers.
• Use of Excel or similar tools to organise data.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
