Intern - HIG HBM Component Validation

About the role

Micron is looking for an intern in its Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG) in Singapore to work on the development of a Component Validation Test Development Dashboard. The project builds a scalable analytics platform that links validation and production data sources to improve visibility of HBM component validation, traceability and test coverage. The internship lasts at least 3 months and is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a web-based dashboard that queries and visualizes data from multiple engineering databases, including validation and production data.
• Build data models and relational database structures to support scalable data integration.
• Connect the dashboard with existing Component Validation dashboards to improve accessibility and traceability.
• Implement event-based notifications that highlight predefined validation or coverage conditions.
• Explore Agentic AI integration to generate contextual insights and streamline engineering data analysis.
• Deliver documentation covering system architecture, data design and dashboard functionality.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 3 months.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI tools, Generative AI platforms or AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Required skills

• Programming in Python and/or Java for data processing, automation and system integration.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.
• Understanding of database concepts, SQL and relational data modeling.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and visualization best practices.
