Intern, Project & Program Management (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

Disney+ is looking for a digitally savvy, organised and process-oriented Project & Program Management Intern based in its Singapore office, working with the APAC Program Management Office. The internship runs from January to June 2027, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, and supports the APAC Direct-to-Consumer team's goal of sustained subscriber and revenue growth. The role is office-based and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic, high-impact initiatives across APAC such as new partnerships, business models and product features, and help streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Growth, Content, Legal, Operations) and prepare presentation materials for program and project forums.
• Keep sources of truth up to date, record meeting minutes, follow up on open actions and set up program collateral in Google Sheets and Airtable.
• Help complete weekly Active APAC Programs reports and the APAC DTC newsletter, draft program launch communications, and support change control and escalation of issues.
• Coordinate in-market Singapore user testing, troubleshoot issues and analyse findings.
• Identify risks and issues, help build risk and issue management plans, and report RAID items.
• Support adoption of tools such as OTT apps, Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Smartsheet and Airtable, and help document processes and onboarding for new team members.
• Take part in brainstorming, business reviews and post-launch reviews, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Technology, Strategy, Communication or a business-related field, still studying during the internship.
• Available full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, from January to June 2027; availability dates and expected graduation date must be stated in the resume.
• Results-oriented, curious and analytical, with strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated and able to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Interest in Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
• Knowledge or interest in OTT, media and content (SEO, SVOD, OTT, IPTV, BVOD, broadcast technologies) is a plus.
