Intern, Workforce Health Consulting

About the role

Marsh is looking for an intern to join its Workforce Health Consulting team within its people and investments business, based in Singapore. This is a 6-12 month hybrid internship, with at least three days a week spent in the office, supporting the development of evidence-informed workplace wellbeing initiatives alongside experienced consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of workplace wellbeing programs, from research and design through to implementation and evaluation.
• Conduct research, synthesize insights and contribute ideas to evidence-informed program design.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and gather feedback.
• Assist in preparing materials, presentations, communications and engagement collaterals.
• Support program measurement and evaluation, including participation tracking and outcome analysis.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or graduating from a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
• Ability to commit to a 6-12 month internship with consistent engagement and reliability.
• Initiative and enthusiasm to contribute to program development and support a broader wellbeing strategy.

Required skills

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and contribute to program design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
