Internal Auditor (BEAD)

About the role

The Internal Auditor (BEAD) will support the development and execution of risk‑based audit plans within a construction environment. You will design audit procedures, evaluate internal controls, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen governance and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating a risk‑based audit work plan aligned with industry best practices.
• Design and execute audit procedures, including construction and operational audits.
• Assess internal controls, data integrity, and the reliability of business operations.
• Deliver value‑added recommendations to improve risk management, governance, and control processes.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle and conduct follow‑up reviews on corrective actions.
• Communicate audit findings and outcomes to senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Background in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, integrity, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Knowledge of SAP for enterprise resource planning.
