International Business Operations Internship

About the role

GUAVA International is seeking a motivated final‑year student or recent graduate to join its International Business Operations team for a six‑month internship. You will support regional operations across Asia, working on projects that drive commercial, sustainability and supply‑chain outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating business operations, partnerships, sales and supply‑chain initiatives across multiple Asian markets.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners and customers to ensure smooth execution of projects and order fulfilment.
• Support logistics coordination, inventory tracking, operational planning and order processing.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and other business documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders, schedule meetings, and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate in business, supply‑chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem‑solving capability.
