International Growth Consultant – App Developer Sales (Chinese/English)

About the role

Google is seeking an International Growth Consultant to drive sales and expansion for app developers across global markets. The role focuses on Chinese‑ and English‑speaking customers, helping them scale their apps, especially in gaming, through data‑driven strategies and Google’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for app developers in non‑domestic markets.
• Gather, analyse, and present technical and financial data to illustrate revenue potential.
• Collaborate with internal product, advertising, and engineering teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with developers, understand their business objectives, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or advertising.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to turn data‑driven insights into revenue‑focused recommendations.

Required skills

• Experience consulting with app developers, particularly in gaming monetisation and marketing.
• Understanding of cultural and business nuances in Asian markets.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
