Investment Banker – Global Banking (Singapore)

About the role

UBS is seeking an experienced Investment Banker to join its Global Banking Asia Execution team in Singapore. You will work on M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate and private equity clients, driving innovative solutions and deepening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create and expand partnerships by deepening existing client relationships.
• Execute M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate and private‑equity clients.
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches to advance the business.
• Manage team resources, recruit, develop and retain talent.
• Make sound judgments within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards.
• Motivate and inspire the team toward shared goals.
• Own transaction processes, timelines and coordination across internal and external parties.
• Mentor analysts and associates, reviewing junior work for technical excellence.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant investment banking experience.
• Track record leading IPO/M&A transactions across sectors, products and countries.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Strong commercial mindset with sector and market insight.
• Ability to work seamlessly with coverage, product, risk, legal and compliance teams.
