IT Administrator – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an IT Administrator to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of BEUMER Group Singapore’s IT environment. The role provides hands‑on support for infrastructure, service‑desk activities, cybersecurity, projects and asset management, serving internal users across our airport‑focused facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day service‑desk assistance, troubleshooting computers, laptops, networks, office applications, BYOD devices and door‑access systems.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, network components and server‑room infrastructure, including equipment racks, UPS, FM200 fire‑suppression and air‑conditioning systems.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle – acquisition, registration, tracking, refresh planning and disposal coordination.
• Support local IT projects from planning through testing, deployment and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Implement and monitor IT security controls to protect systems and data while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, setting up devices, accounts and access rights for new and departing employees.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational documentation, procedures and inventory records.
• Provide first‑level support for the local ERP system and assist with AI adoption initiatives through user enablement and training coordination.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or administration, preferably in an industrial or airport environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal users and external vendors.
