IT Consultant – Quality Assurance & Project Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an IT Consultant to ensure high‑quality service delivery for maintenance projects. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, monitoring issues, handling queries and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high quality standards for services and deliverables.
• Support quality assurance and SLA compliance for maintenance projects.
• Assist customers in monitoring issues, changes and queries.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Manage project timelines and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Liaise with clients to capture and clarify project requirements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies during project execution.
• Engage customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Initiate and implement processes to improve service levels.
• Analyze and remove roadblocks to meet quality, milestone and business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT software or related field.
• Project Management certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent written and verbal communication.
