IT Executive – Application & Infrastructure Support

About the role

The IT Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for all in‑house application issues while also providing day‑to‑day IT infrastructure support. You will ensure smooth operation of critical business applications and assist users across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for application support, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and escalation.
• Monitor system performance, manage support tickets and meet SLA targets.
• Support application deployments, patches, upgrades, and conduct UAT, functional and integration testing.
• Provide hardware, software and network assistance, set up equipment and user accounts.
• Handle onboarding/off‑boarding tasks, maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Create user guides, system documentation and deliver basic user training.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT or application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with IT systems and asset management.
