IT Manager – Hands‑on Player‑Coach

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Manager to own and operate our critical IT estate, supporting a showroom, e‑commerce platform and secure vault services. This player‑coach role combines team leadership with deep technical involvement, reporting to the Head of IT & Infrastructure and the CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring performance and availability of core systems.
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, office infrastructure and end‑user devices.
• Oversee local office infrastructure – routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, CCTV and VoIP – with expert Ubiquiti configuration and Level 3 network troubleshooting.
• Administer the software stack, including email, productivity tools, business applications and licensing.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls, identity management, MFA and the joiner‑mover‑leaver process.
• Lead a small IT team, set priorities, and provide hands‑on support for complex issues.
• Contribute to IT strategy and translate plans into working systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an IT estate in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to lead a small technical team while staying deeply involved in technical work.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ownership attitude.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.

• Salary up to S$5,000 per month
