IT Operations & Asset Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Operations & Asset Specialist to keep our daily IT environment running smoothly across Singapore. You will provide end‑user technical support, manage the full lifecycle of office assets, and coordinate procurement and vendor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain laptops, desktops, operating systems and office software.
• Support IT infrastructure such as server‑room operations, structured cabling, UPS, access‑control/CCTV and air‑conditioning systems.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve help‑desk efficiency, knowledge‑base upkeep and reporting.
• Manage procurement, registration, allocation, transfer, maintenance, inventory verification and disposal of all administrative assets.
• Conduct regular asset inventories, reconcile discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare asset reports and documentation for audits and management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT operations, desktop support, office administration, procurement or asset management.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with ERP, procurement or asset‑management systems is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
