IT Project Manager – Government Systems (Singapore)

About the role

ASTEK is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and operation of critical government systems in Singapore. The role will focus on managing digital transformation initiatives, vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with government policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and vendor management for critical government systems.
• Plan, execute and monitor project budgets, resource allocation and change requests.
• Coordinate audits, compliance and security remediation activities.
• Lead integration of authentication gateways (Active Directory, Singpass/Corppass) and payment solutions (GIRO, PayNow, DBS, Stripe).
• Manage risk, change and contract procurement processes.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies and ensure adherence to project management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of project management experience in the public sector.
• Proven track record in managing critical government system operations and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, CITPM or equivalent certification preferred.

Required skills

• AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure management.
• Authentication gateway integration (Active Directory, Singpass, Corppass).
• Payment gateway integration (GIRO, PayNow, DBS, Stripe).
• Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Project management certifications (PMP, CITPM).
