IT Service Desk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team and provide first‑line technical support to end‑users. The role involves diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user incidents and service requests via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10+, iOS, macOS) and productivity suites (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
• Provide hardware support for both Apple and Windows devices, including setup, configuration and fault repair.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively and collaborate with team members to meet service level targets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a creative approach to technical issues.
• Excellent customer service orientation and clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work well in a team, manage several tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to new systems.
• Minimum a diploma or degree in an IT‑related discipline.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience in a technical service desk environment (preferred).
