IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Specialist (L1/L2) – 4k

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Specialist (L1/L2) to provide first‑ and second‑line assistance for end‑user devices. The role involves ensuring timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals, meeting SLA targets.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle in the ITSM platform and track recurring incidents for root‑cause analysis.
• Administer daily operations such as device onboarding, software deployment, OS patching and compliance health checks.
• Enforce endpoint security measures, handle access provisioning, device hardening and gather audit evidence, escalating security incidents as needed.
• Support day‑to‑day IT BAU activities, including asset tracking, basic network infrastructure, and coordination with external vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant IT experience.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
