IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide both on‑site and remote technical assistance to end‑users. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring high user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote technical support to end‑users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and network problems.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems, including hardware, software, OS and network components.
• Configure and administer Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Intune, including patching and file‑server management.
• Manage IT assets and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a systems integration environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Effective coordination and communication with internal and external customers.
• Excellent customer management skills; entry‑level candidates are also welcome.
• Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is an advantage.
