IT Support Specialist – 4-6K SGD/month

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a leading global law firm in Singapore. You will provide first‑ and second‑line technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and communication tools across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve help‑desk tickets for desktops, laptops, phones, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Diagnose 2nd‑line issues and escalate to senior technicians when required.
• Provide on‑site support for office moves, printer/scanner troubleshooting and workstation setup.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows PCs, laptops and phone equipment.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and coordinate vendor repairs.
• Support conference rooms and audiovisual equipment for on‑site and video‑conference events.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment moves, adds and changes.
• Assist HR/Facilities with ergonomic workstation assessments.
• Participate in pilot groups, system builds, software deployment and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work in a dual‑language environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedule for training and coverage.
• Experience in a professional services or law‑firm environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems (including Windows 11).
• Microsoft Office 2016 or newer.
• Basic networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
• Windows Server 2012/2016 (or equivalent).
