IT Support Specialist – CCTV & Surveillance Systems

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 technical assistance for security camera systems, NVRs and related hardware in Singapore. The role involves troubleshooting video surveillance issues, supporting internal IT infrastructure and ensuring high service standards for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR and related hardware.
• Respond to customer queries via email, phone and support hotline.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 Support Engineer when needed.
• Diagnose and resolve camera connectivity, RTSP streaming, tunneling and video analytics problems.
• Configure and maintain surveillance infrastructure, including networking components.
• Assess and recommend hardware specifications (GPU, CPU, RAM, storage, server sizing) for deployments.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance on customer installations and prepare service reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support or surveillance systems.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Singapore‑based candidates preferred for onsite maintenance.
