IT Support Specialist – Desktop Infrastructure

About the role

Reolink is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage desktop infrastructure and provide end‑user technical assistance across its Singapore office. The role involves handling hardware, software, network, and collaboration platform issues while supporting office relocations and IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, network, email and system issues.
• Install, configure, test and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, projectors and access‑control equipment.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences and standard desktop images; conduct regular audits.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including user lifecycle, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and corporate intranet.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes in coordination with HR.
• Monitor and troubleshoot office network infrastructure – switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, VPN and server‑room equipment.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for connectivity, maintenance and procurement.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades and office relocation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience delivering Level 1/2 technical support in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and user lifecycle management.
• Basic knowledge of networking equipment and troubleshooting.
