IT Support Specialist (Singapore)

About the role

Gallup is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the trusted technology partner for its Singapore office and, when needed, other APAC locations. You will deliver world‑class end‑user support, keep workplace technology running smoothly, and ensure meetings and events are technically flawless.

Key responsibilities

• Provide walk‑up, deskside and remote support for associates, visitors and clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account and Microsoft 365 issues in a Windows environment while supporting Apple devices.
• Prepare devices, set up accounts and track assets for new associates.
• Maintain audio‑visual hardware, printers, network racks, routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Manage meeting‑room technology, AV equipment and conferencing platforms to guarantee seamless events.
• Anticipate user needs, monitor issues and collaborate with global support teams for timely resolution.
• Document incidents in Gallup’s IT service management platform and improve support processes.
• Assist other APAC offices and partner with the central Technology team in the United States.
